Placing Talent are looking to engage an experienced Accredited Clinical Coder to work either full time Monday - Friday or alternatively over the weekend, working for an NHS General Hospital based in South-West England. The contract assignment is for an initial three months with a strong possibility of an extension subject to performance reviewed via audit feedback.
Summary
Contract: Full-time or part-time.
Working Hours: 7.5 hours per day.
Start Date: As soon as possible.
IR35 Status: Inside-IR35.

Essential Requirements
-You should have a track record of high-quality coding, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at all times.
-National Clinical Coding Qualification.
-Up to date Clinical Coding Standards Refresher Course attendance.
-Good professional references covering consecutive period of three years inclusive of most recent employment/contracts undertaken.
-Broad knowledge of medical terminology covering all acute specialties.
-Strong communication skills, liaising effectively with all levels of staff to resolve coding problems.
-Ability to work quickly to produce high quality work to tight time deadlines.
